Lowe’s is dangling a new springtime promotion: free Garden-to-Go project kits that can be picked up curbside.
Every week in April, for “SpringFest,” the home improvement chain will give away different themed kits to families who register in advance. Registration starts April 1, a week before the first of four weekly giveaways.
The drive-thru event is similar to what Lowe’s did with curbside trick-or-treating in October.
In past years, Lowe’s has held a “Spring Black Friday” sale, but amid the COVID-19 pandemic has been handling sales and events differently, said Marisa Thalberg, Lowe’s executive vice president, chief brand and marketing officer.
